And I am back on the blog after a very relaxing summer away. And everything seems new and fresh!
- New semester with a course that will be remodelled to offer the best possible help to freshmen at Ashesi: Written and Oral Communication.
- New energy from the vacation and also from the one-week tour of liberal arts colleges: Ohio Wesleyan University, The College of Wooster, Oberlin College, and Allegheny University to visit their writing centres and instructors in a visit arranged by GLAA.
- New team with if possible even more skills and a solid online networked people. Frimpong and his Facebook pages Ghanaian Popular Culture/Media and My Book of Ghana Choow, Caira Lee and her poetry and TEDxspeech , Ama and her haunting Tumblr photos, Joseph and his blog (where he recounts where he recently was “yelling at the top of my damned voice, flailing my arms and gyrating my spinal cord to every single beat”), Eli who shockingly has no blog (but I have a feeling it is in the works/exists under a top secret name), finally Zach, Caren and Edmund hiding their writing somewhere too?
This new semester, I plan to share with you here on the blog how this newness all goes and also something little about a side project coming up!
Sharing is caring!
