A: I was born in the north of Sweden, but grew up in the south on an island called Gotland in the Baltic Sea.

Q: Where do you live?

A: Since 2007, I live in Tema, Ghana (40 min from Ghana’s capital Accra) with my Ghanaian husband.

Q: What is your relation to the organizations Ghanablogging and AccraCAN?

A: I was driving in starting up these two networks.

Together with a friend, I started Ghanablogging on July 2008. It is a network for people who blog about Ghana. We have an aggregator and a mailinglist and meet monthly. If you want to join, fill this form on Ghanablogging.com.

AccraCAN is an NGO that aims to improve Accra from a cultural aspect. I was active initially in the organization which stemmed from a workshop in November 2008, but left officially in the beginning of March 2010.

Q: Is your hair really red?

A: Just like Pippi Longstocking and Anne of Greengables I have red hair…with a little help from my friends the plants. I dye my hair with ground Henna mixed with hot water and olive oil every month.

Q: Can you be my Godmother?

A: Unfortunately, I can’t since I have three Godkids, already, Clara, Elias and Juhani, and want to give them my full Godmotherly attention.
